"Remote-desktop" support uses a technology (VNC) by which the technical support
can connect and work with the customer computer just like he were in front of it.
The requirement is an internet connection fast enough (dsl, cable) to support it,
the software needed is provided by tech support.
Subscriptions are optional and have a maximum number of hours
for the period chosen (one, two or three years).
Local support fees can vary depending on your reseller, those indicated in the price
list are the ones suggested by our company
